 Viewing Your Account Online

First, get your latest ENSTAR statement, you will need information from this to set up your online account. You will only need this information for the initial setup to verify your identity.

“View My Account” <- click here- or select the button at the top of the screen. This will direct you to the online bill presentation area.  Select "Create PIN" to set up your online account.  If you have any problems, please contact Customer Service at 277-5551 and we will be glad to assist you.

Select “Create Pin”.

Once there, the screen will appear allowing you to enter the required information from your bill.

The information needed is circled below.

Please enter as shown below.

You will be asked to provide a password, referred to as a PIN. This is to be at least six characters long and may contain both letters and numbers, but no spaces or special characters.

You will also be asked to provide an email address. This is mandatory, as the billing system will send a confirmation email to you.

Once you have done so, you will directed back to the main screen. Enter your account ID and PIN and you will be able to view your ENSTAR billing information.
