 Viewing Your Account Online

To begin you will need a copy of your latest ENSTAR statement as you will need information from this page to set up your online account. This is only required for the initial setup to verify your identity.

“View My Account” <- click here- or select the button at the top of the screen. This will direct you to the online bill presentation area.  Select "Create PIN" to set up your online account.  If you need assistance, please contact your local office.

Select “Create Pin”.

*This screen will appear allowing you to enter the required information from your most recent bill.  See next screen shot for sample of bill and where to locate required information. 

*The information needed (see circled areas) can be found on your most recent bill.

You will be required to provide a password, referred to as a PIN. Your PIN should be at least six characters long and may contain both letters and numbers, but no spaces or special characters.  You will also be required to provide an email address. This is mandatory, as the billing system will send a confirmation email to finalize the process.

Once you have filled in the above information and clicked Submit, you will be directed back to the ENSTAR webpage.  

Next, open your email and follow the instructions on the Email Address Verification message.  You will be directed to this screen:

You will then be directed to this message.  Please click Sign-on:

You are now ready to view your account information here:
