NOTICE OF UTILITY FILING
On January 12, 2011, ENSTAR Natural Gas Company (ENSTAR) filed a “Petition for
Authorization to Recover Gas Storage Costs” with the Regulatory Commission of Alaska
(RCA). The petition requests an order from the RCA that (1) ENSTAR is authorized to
enter into a Firm Storage Service (FSS) Agreement with Cook Inlet Natural Gas Storage
Alaska, LLC (CINGSA), and (2) upon approval by the RCA of CINGSA’s storage rates, the
RCA approves ENSTAR’s recovery of those storage rates from ENSTAR’s customers.
