Contact Customer Service at least three business days prior to the date you require service to begin.

If you are purchasing a home, coordinate with the seller so that you do not experience an interruption in service. If service is disconnected there is a $65.00 fee to restore gas to the home. If an ENSTAR service technician visits the home to establish service, an adult must be present so that the technician can enter the home to inspect and re-light the appliances.

If you are a new customer, a deposit may be required.
