If you have received a shut-off notice, payment must be received in the office prior to 4 PM the business day BEFORE service is scheduled to be disconnected.
Pay with a Credit or Debit Card
You can pay your gas bill with VISA, Discover, or Mastercard. Payments can be made in our customer lobbies, online, or over the phone, and are processed through a third-party provider. You have the option of making a one-time payment or setting up automatic payments. There is no additional fee for using a credit card.
Pay by Phone or Online
Payments may take up to three business days to post to your ENSTAR account. If you have received a shut off notice or if your gas has been shut off, you must contact ENSTAR Customer Service at 1-877-907-9767.
ENSTAR utilizes an independent service provider to handle online and phone payments. Official Payments accepts credit, debit, and electronic check payments.

Note: There is no fee to pay through this service. There is a limit of $2,000 per transaction. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted.
Pay in the Office
ENSTAR accepts cash, check, money order, credit cards, and non-pin based debit cards. Please note we accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
ENSTAR has three locations for payments. Each location offers 24/7 payment kiosks which accept cash, check, and credit or debit cards.
There are also night drop boxes at each payment location and the operation office in Anchorage. Payments made in the night drop boxes may take up to 48 hours to post to your account.

When you provide a check as payment, you authorize ENSTAR to use information from your check to either make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account, or to process the payment as a check transaction. For inquiries please contact Customer Service.
By paying an annual amount, estimated on the prior year’s usage and calculated by the current rate, ENSTAR will credit your account an additional $25. Contact Customer Service to get an estimate.
Sign up for AutoPay with your credit card or bank account. Once enrolled, your ENSTAR bill will be automatically charged to your credit card or withdrawn from your checking or savings account each month. Click Here for more information.
Many banks and credit unions offer a bill pay option. From your banking website, you are able to set up a recurring or a one-time payment to ENSTAR. There is no fee from ENSTAR for this service. For more information, contact your bank or credit union.
Pay at any Walmart
Visit any Walmart MoneyCenter or customer service desk.
Be sure to bring the following:
- Cash or a PIN-based debit card only (Check or Credit Card not accepted)
- Your current billing statement with ENSTAR account number
Transaction fees will apply and be paid to Walmart for this convenience.
- Standard payment: $1.00 delivered within three business days
- Next Day Payment: $1.50 delivered on the next available business day
