Curious whether ENSTAR has planned maintenance in your neighborhood this summer? Use the map below to find out. Simply enter an address or area in the search field (the magnifying glass icon in the upper left corner) to see what summer maintenance is planned or already underway near you.
The map uses color coding to show both the type of maintenance and its status. Refer to the legend to see what each color represents.
Atmospheric Corrosion Surveys take place every summer on different portions of the ENSTAR system. The purpose is to inspect ENSTAR facilities that are exposed to the atmosphere for any potential corrosion. These surveys are performed to comply with regulatory requirements and to assist in planning any necessary maintenance and/or repairs that need to be made immediately or in the future.
The purpose of a Leak Detection Survey is to pinpoint, record and address any possible above and below-ground leaks along ENSTAR’s system to comply with regulatory requirements. Leaks can be caused by many variables, such as ground movement, corrosion, or construction equipment. These leaks are not always detectable without specialized training and equipment.
If you suspect you have a gas leak, please leave the area immediately. Do not do anything that could cause a spark, including using a phone (landline or cellular), light switch, or garage door opener. Once out of the area, call 1-844-SMELL GAS (1-844-763-5542) to report the suspected leak.
